Community takeover status — current
Spawn v2 is a community takeover (CTO) of the existing $SPAWN project and token community.
As of 2026-09-21, Pons has approved the community takeover and initiated the required 72-hour freeze period.
The freeze window is scheduled to end at 6:58 p.m. ET on Thursday, 2026-09-24. Until that period ends and the receiving configuration is verifiably changed, the existing creator-fee routing must still be treated as the pre-transition configuration.
During the live freeze, $SPAWN can be verified under Current Takeovers at cto.ponsfamily.com. After the process is completed, the record should remain available under Archives.
Approval and an active freeze are not the same as completed fee control. This website will not claim completion until the transition is verifiably finished.

The canonical source for token supply, transfer behavior, taxes, ownership, and permissions is the deployed contract and current chain state—not an old whitepaper, tracker label, or social post. Spawn will publish verified findings rather than repeat an unconfirmed number.
